Your patient types “dentist accepting new patients Lier”. They want to know who is still taking new patients, and when you're open. On the map, they look at these four things.
01No photos of your own. Your patient can't see your practice, or who works there.
02No video. Your patient wants to see where they're going, and who they'll see.
03Facebook has gone quiet. Your last post is from 2023. Are your hours still right?
On a Saturday, in July, after five. 7 of the 12 websites showed no hours. If they're not there, your patient calls someone else.
We put your hours, your holidays and who's on call on your website and in Google, and keep them up to date.

Your patient wants to know who they'll see.
Who works there, with what title, in what language? 5 of the 12 websites give no names.
Our crew films and photographs your team and your practice. Every name is there with its title.

Dentist, physio, optician, audiologist: your fees poster belongs online too.
The RIZIV-INAMI asks for it on your website and on every online profile. Of the 10 websites from these four professions, 1 had the poster, and it was last year's.
We put the poster online and replace it when the RIZIV-INAMI changes it.
On 3 of the 12 websites we saw traces of an old site, such as a post from 2017. Then your patient asks whether your hours are still right.
We build a new website and update it every month: your hours, your team, your fees.
03 Do the sums
The Groei plan covers its cost with 2 to 3 regular patients per month.
Groei is our middle plan: €899 a month in the first year, €7,888 a year on average over three years. A regular patient leaves you €250 a year.

A regular patient keeps coming back. Above that number, Groei works for your practice.
How we work it out
What Groei costs, on average a year. 11 × €899 in year 1 (the first month is free), 12 × €649 in year 2 and 12 × €499 from year 3, divided by 3: €7,888.
What a regular patient brings you. What you keep each year from a patient who keeps coming back, after materials and your team's hours: here €250. You enter your own figure in the calculator.
The division. €7,888 ÷ €250 = 31.6. Rounded up: with 32 regular patients a year, Groei has covered its cost, that's 2 to 3 regular patients per month. Above that, Groei works for your practice.
Informing is allowed. Say who you are, with what title, and what you do. Also say when you're open, how your patient books an appointment and what it costs.
Self-praise is not allowed. No superlatives, no promise of a result and no photos of a result. You say nothing about a colleague.
What the patient gets back is only on the fees poster. Your advertising says nothing about it. For a dentist the rules are strictest. An optician or audiologist has a little more room.
We write every text, every post and every ad within those rules. You read everything before it goes online.
Does my fees poster have to be online too?
Yes, if you're a dentist, physiotherapist, optician or audiologist. The RIZIV-INAMI asks for it on every online channel of your practice: your website, your Google profile, your social media page.
The poster in your waiting room stays up. We put the same poster online and replace it when the RIZIV-INAMI changes it, as it did for dentists on 1 June 2026.
A vet has no poster. They tell the animal's owner the price beforehand.
I'm not taking on new patients. What good is marketing to me?
Honestly: then our sum doesn't apply to you. It counts new regular patients.
What does count: your website and Google say you're not taking anyone new, when you're open and who's on call. That saves phone calls.
When you take on new patients again, we update your website and your profile.
What does it cost exactly?
Zichtbaar costs €499 a month in year 1, Groei €899 and Vol Gas €1,599. Your price drops every year. There is no set-up fee, and your price is never indexed. All prices exclude VAT.
