After 12 weeks your client sees your salon. Your own photos, your treatments and a post from this week. Your name is at the top.
02 What we see at salons
4 things we see at salons.
From the websites we built for salons, such as Beautique's.

Your client books in the evening.
During the day you're working and can't answer the phone. In the evening your client looks for an appointment. The salon that takes bookings online at that hour gets that client.
With a booking system on your website, your client books day and night.

An empty chair costs you money.
A client who doesn't show up leaves a gap in your day. Clients who get a reminder the day before do turn up. Or they move their appointment in time.
Your booking system sends that reminder by itself.

Your best work is on your phone.
A new colour, a sharp fade, nails that shine. You take a photo of it. That's what makes your client stop.
We put your work on your website and in your posts.

Your best advert walks out the door.
Your client sees the result in the mirror and goes home happy. Online, nobody sees it.
We film it: before and after, if your client is happy with that.
03 Do the sums
The Groei plan pays for itself with 2 to 3 regular clients per month.
Groei is our middle plan: €899 a month in the first year, €7,888 a year on average over three years. A regular client leaves you €250 a year.

A regular client comes back all year round. Every client above that is yours.
How we work it out
What Groei costs, on average a year. 11 × €899 in year 1 (the first month is free), 12 × €649 in year 2 and 12 × €499 from year 3, divided by 3: €7,888.
What a regular client brings you. What you keep each year from a client who keeps coming back, after products and hours: here €250. You enter your own figure in the calculator.
The division. €7,888 ÷ €250 = 31.6. Rounded up: with 32 regular clients a year, Groei has paid for itself, that's 2 to 3 regular clients per month. Everything above that is profit.
I already use an app for appointments. Why have a website too?
In an app like that, you mostly find clients you already know. A new client searches on Google. There they find your website, and book straight into your diary.
Does this help with clients who don't show up?
Yes. Your booking system sends a reminder the day before. Anyone who can't come moves their own appointment.
I already post on Instagram. Isn't that enough?
On Instagram you see who already follows you. Anyone who types “hairdresser near me” sees Google first. That's where you need to be, with your photos and your reviews.
What does it cost exactly?
Zichtbaar costs €499 a month in year 1, Groei €899 and Vol Gas €1,599. Your price drops every year. There is no set-up fee, and your price is never indexed. All prices exclude VAT.
